In Line Production Acoustic Test Room
A patented curved track automatic door seals the room fully, holding the outside within 75dB and the inside within 35dB for in line production testing.
Specifications
| Exterior noise | Within 75dB |

| Interior noise | Within 35dB(A) |
| Isolation 500 to 4000Hz | Within 50dB |
The in line acoustic test room uses a patented curved track design, so that when the automatic door closes it presses tightly against the isolating wall and seals the room completely, which gives very high isolation. It is built for the in line testing of mass produced goods and is widely used across the automotive, electrical and home appliance industries.
For isolation, the outside stays within 75dB and the inside within 35dB(A). Below 500Hz the sound reduction stays within 30dB, and across the 500 to 4000Hz band it stays within 50dB. A typical unit measures about 2000 by 2000 by 2000mm outside and 1700 by 1700 by 1800mm inside.
Products enter the room on the conveyor, the automatic door closes for the acoustic test, and once it is done the door opens and the product flows out. The result is a low noise floor, a high level of automation and real time savings. The solution is already trusted by Panasonic, Bosch, Mitsubishi, BenQ and Valeo.
