- Imported non fiberglass material, environmentally compliant and fire retardant
- Certified to North American and EU standards, refined finish
- Absorption coefficient of 99% or greater above the cut off frequency
The Flat Panel Anechoic Chamber is one of Anteck’s patented designs. It employs imported non fiberglass absorbers that are environmentally compliant, fire retardant and certified to North American and EU standards, with a clean and refined finish. Whereas a conventional wedge lining requires a depth of 800 to 1000mm, the flat panel wall measures only 300 to 350mm in thickness, delivering equivalent acoustic performance while returning valuable floor space to the laboratory.
The cut off frequency satisfies low frequency testing requirements of 50 to 100Hz. In combination with a floating vibration isolated floor and a multi layer isolating enclosure, the chamber achieves an exceptionally low noise floor even within a demanding urban factory environment. Above the cut off frequency, the wall absorption system delivers an absorption coefficient of 99% or greater, providing a stable free field for sound power, noise and electroacoustic measurement.
This solution has been adopted by dozens of leading enterprises, including Huawei, iFLYTEK, VIVO and Dongfeng, and is widely applied in research and quality testing across the automotive, electronics, telecommunications and home appliance industries. Anteck engineers the dimensions, cut off frequency and supporting facilities of each chamber to suit the client site and the applicable testing standards.
Sound power determination, noise testing and electroacoustic research for automotive, electronics, telecommunications and home appliance products.
