In a mass production environment, engineers must determine rapidly, within a noisy workshop, whether a product exhibits any abnormal noise. Anteck installed a soundproof test room beside the customer production line, compact in form and fitted with a viewing window and an acoustic door, so that the product under test is placed inside with ease while the workshop background noise is excluded.
The interior is treated for sound absorption, and together with a work bench and test instruments it enables engineers to perform a rapid acoustic inspection before the product leaves the line and to identify any defective units promptly. The solution occupies a small footprint, relocates readily and integrates seamlessly with an existing production line.
