In a mass production setting, engineers need to judge quickly, inside a noisy workshop, whether a product has any abnormal noise. We installed a soundproof test room beside the customer’s line, compact in form, with a viewing window and an acoustic door, so the product under test goes in easily while the workshop background noise stays out.
The interior is treated for absorption, and together with a bench and test instruments it lets engineers run a fast acoustic check before the product leaves the line and catch any faulty units in time. The solution has a small footprint, moves easily and slots straight into an existing line.
