Online Acoustic Testing Chamber
Our online testing system is our patented product featuring an arc-track design, different from other straight-track automatic door designs. When the automatic door closes, it tightly presses against the soundproof wall, creating a complete seal to achieve very high sound isolation. Currently widely supplied to major automotive, electronics, home appliance, and electromechanical companies, it has improved production efficiency and enhanced acoustic testing requirements.
With the production line passing through the room, it can achieve technical requirements of 75dB outside and less than 35dB (A) inside, directly enhancing the customer's acoustic testing capabilities.

2. Online Testing Chamber Function
Mainly used for in-factory online testing, where products enter the room via conveyor belt, testing is conducted after automatic door closure; automatic door opens after testing completion and product flows out.

Currently, many products require acoustic measurements before leaving the factory during production. To improve production efficiency, it is necessary to build a sound measurement environment on the production line. The online testing chamber provides a solution for this need.
Generally, online testing has the following requirements:
Soundproof Room Appearance: Modular structure, can be repeatedly dismantled and combined. Matches production line dimensions to achieve good sealing effect.
Soundproofing Effect: No surface directly connects to walls (including bottom surface), good soundproofing effect. Sound insulation performance: ＜500Hz, ≤30dB 500Hz ---- 4000Hz ≤50dB. Single-wall structure can insulate noise around 35dB; double-wall structure can insulate noise around 55dB.
Structure and Windows: Double-layer magnetic seal doors, good airtightness, using high-life door hinges, noise-free design, can achieve 100 times daily opening/closing and use for more than 10 years without damage. Automatic doors designed for product entry/exit, flexible opening, safe.
Ventilation Equipment: Room has 2 exhaust systems (low-noise fans, 1.5 cubic meters/minute), indoor lighting, external operation, equipment connection holes to room interior. Good air circulation, inspection personnel can stay in room for over 8 hours/day.
Service Life: Greater than 10 years.
